Originally from Virginia, Suzanne has lived in South Florida since 1986. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, a member of the University of Virginia Jefferson Scholar Final Selection Committee and is involved with the University. She serves on the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and is its incoming President. She has served on the board for Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches. Among several others, she is an active supporter of Autism Speaks, Impact 100 and Cancer Care Foundation of Tidewater, VA. She has two daughters, and currently resides in Palm Beach with her husband, David.

Franny moved from Boston where she was working as a Realtor, to Palm Beach in 2013 to assist in her family’s multi-faceted real estate ventures. Concurrently, she joined the Corcoran Group Palm Beach as a Broker-Associate partnering with her Aunt, Suzanne and sister, Katie. Prior to living in Boston, Franny received her Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Franny began her real estate career in 2006 with CB Richard Ellis Property Management Group and then worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in their Project and Development services. Now, as an integral member of the family’s ventures, Franny offers a business background paired with in-the-field experience to provide investors the highest level of service.

Katie joined the team in 2013 from Washington, DC, where she earned her Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University, subsequently working in the commercial leasing sector of CBRE. Prior to graduate school, Katie worked in residential real estate in Massachusetts, acquiring exposure to both single and multi-family development. As a licensed Broker Associate in Florida, and having earned sales licenses in Massachusetts and Washington, DC, Katie has programmed each step of her career to assemble the skills necessary to join the family real estate business. She brings energy, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the team, in addition to the quantitative, analytical, and marketing-based skills she acquired during her time at Georgetown. She contributes to both the brokerage and development.
